Are you using binders as part of your detox protoc Are you using binders as part of your detox protocols? I most certainly  DO! 🧐  Intestinal binders are crucial part of any detox regiment. When the liver processes toxins, they get excreted through bile and into the small intestine. If the toxins are not bound to anything, most of them will get reabsorbed in the gut. Binders act like “catcher’s-mitts” and are used to bind to the toxins so that they can pass all the way through the digestive tract to be eliminated. 
There are different binders available based on the net charge and various molecular bonds. 
I’ve used Chlorella @energybits Ecklonia Cava, Charcoal @quicksilverscientific, Bentonite Clay, Zeolite, Silica-based products, Humic &  Fulvic Acids and Modified Citrus Pectin at different phases of my detox journey. 
Each of these different binders have affinities for different toxins. For instance, activated silica binds mostly to aluminum, but also other trivalent metals like thallium and tin. Or Humic & Fulvic acids have been shown to detox glyphosate. 
Detoxing from heavy metals and environmental toxins is a journey. The more you reduce your toxin load, the more you have energy to do the things you love to do in life.
